From Humble Beginnings to Homes Across Cincinnati
"Quality You Can Stand On"
We believe quality should be something you can see and feel. From the finish that catches your eye to the solid feel beneath your feet, our care and craftsmanship should be evident every time you step into the room.
Rooted in Craft
Milton & Sons Flooring began in 2017 as a one-man operation with a simple goal: to give homeowners and businesses across Greater Cincinnati floors they could take pride in. Milton personally handled every detail, from building client relationships to installing each floor. Through hard work, honest communication, and careful craftsmanship, he built the foundation of our family business.
As the company grew, Milton trained a skilled team who shared his standards. Our expertise expanded from hardwood installation and refinishing to luxury vinyl plank and laminate flooring, with the same attention to detail guiding every project.
For Milton, the work always meant more than the finished floor. It meant respecting someone’s home, keeping his word, and taking the time to get the details right. That personal approach continues to shape how we work and the relationships we build.
A Legacy, Thoughtfully Grown
In 2025, Milton’s son, Haxell, assumed leadership after graduating from Mount St. Joseph University. Building on his father’s foundation, he introduced more organized project management and dedicated support for sales, marketing, and daily operations, creating a more attentive experience for our clients.
As our team grows, our focus remains personal. Clear communication, thoughtful planning, and coordination between our office and crews help us support homeowners, builders, and businesses from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.
Today, our growth remains grounded in humility, respect, and integrity. Whether restoring century-old hardwood or installing flooring in a new space, we approach every project with care. Our reputation continues to be built the way it began—one floor, one relationship, and one detail at a time.
