From Humble Beginnings to Homes Across Cincinnati

Milton & Sons Flooring was founded in 2017 with one goal: to provide homeowners and businesses throughout Greater Cincinnati with flooring they could be proud of. What began as a one-man operation quickly grew through hard work, honest communication, and a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship on every project.

In the early years, Milton personally handled every aspect of the business—from meeting clients and building relationships with contractors to installing floors himself. His reputation for reliability and attention to detail laid the foundation for the company we are today.

As demand continued to grow, so did the team. Milton carefully built and trained a skilled crew specializing in hardwood flooring installation, sanding, refinishing, and repairs, ensuring every employee shared the same standards of craftsmanship. Over time, we expanded our expertise to include luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and laminate flooring, allowing us to offer more flooring solutions while maintaining the quality our customers expect.

In 2025, Milton's son, Haxell, assumed leadership of the company after graduating from Mount St. Joseph University with a degree in Operations Management. Building on the strong foundation Milton created, Haxell has introduced modern project management systems, streamlined internal operations, and established dedicated marketing and sales departments to better serve homeowners, builders, and commercial clients.

Today, Milton & Sons Flooring continues to grow with the same values that started it all. Our vision is to become Greater Cincinnati's premier flooring company while staying true to the principles that define us: humility, respect, integrity, and an unwavering dedication to our craft.
